Welcome to the first edition of our Members Newsletter providing you with updated information, new sailing dates and special offers solely for Pandaw Members. 

 Positive news dominates as vaccines are being rolled out worldwide and countries are starting to look at how borders can reopen safely later in the year. We are confident that we will be back on the waters as planned in late summer and with demand still very high, we are hoping for a busy season ahead. 

The situation in Burma is one area of real concern currently and we continue to monitor and receive updates from our team on the ground. Recent developments have been very upsetting and it does now, unfortunately, look as if we will see an extended confrontation. In light of this, we will be happy to offer postponement or transfer of any Burma bookings through September 2021 with a decision on subsequent sailings to be made in June.

We have launched an urgent appeal for donations to help The Pandaw Clinics network to provide emergency healthcare to those injured in the violence in Burma. As the violence against the population increases, the need for basic medical supplies grows and 100% of donations goes directly to the local trustees of the clinics in central Burma. So far, we have raised over $100,000 USD for the appeal thanks to the amazing generosity of the Pandaw community.

New dates for the 2022/23 season in Laos & India have been added due to popular demand. Sailing dates through March and April 2023 are now available to book and we will be announcing these publicly in the coming weeks so we would advise securing your cabin early to avoid disappointment.

As a consequence of the pandemic, we have decided to postpone the launch of our new Brahmaputra expedition to 2022 when the conditions will be more favourable for a new venture.  As is customary at Pandaw, we are offering the inaugural sailing on 31st October 2022 to our Full & Legacy Members first. Book with your Member ID now at Pandaw.com
